Len Mikus
Founder & Lead Certified Travel Agent
Len graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University, class of 1981, with a B.S. in Business Management. Four years later, while serving as a fighter pilot in the USAF, he earned a Master’s Degree in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
After eight years on active duty, Len started a career with Northwest Airlines, while continuing his military service in the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserves. His 31-years at Northwest and Delta were spent on five different aircraft types, flying both domestic and international routes, as both First Officer and Captain. During his tenure, Len was deeply involved with coaching, mentoring, and teaching fellow aviators, in various roles, including flight leader, instructor pilot, and check airman. He retired from Delta Air Lines in August of ’20.
After venturing to over 35 countries during his flying career, founding Jetstream Travel Co. was a natural “second act” for Len. He puts that global experience to use, crafting travel experiences for his clients that surpass expectations.

Len calls Newnan, Georgia, home, where he prioritizes quality time with his wife, Karen, and their two golden retrievers. He enjoys golf, grilling, entertaining, and planning their next getaway.
Recent travels include cruises in the Mediterranean and Caribbean, and visits to resorts in Cancun, Cabo, Jamaica, the Bahamas, and Belize. Next up: a land tour in Croatia, a cruise in northeastern Canada, another jaunt to the Mayan Riviera, and a cruise in Alaska!
Holly Mikus
Director of Operations & Certified Travel Agent
Holly has paved her way to success thanks to her innate talent for project management, coordination, and communication, along with her first-class people skills in customer service. She excels in critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and innovation. For all of these reasons, she was a natural fit for the Director of Operations role at JetStream Travel Co.
After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University, Holly spent a decade in leadership roles within Project Management and Operations for the Design-Build industry. In her previous role, she was selected as the representative for two internal advisory boards and asked to mentor and train colleagues through coaching, job shadowing, and sharing best practices.
Her passion is rooted in providing a 360-degree consumer experience. Upon observing her father in his element, Holly was inspired to become a certified travel agent herself. She finds fulfillment in learning something new every day. Her strong work ethic and bias for action earned her a glowing review upon her first booking.
